You should expect a complete thorough Home Watch Visit and report with photos delivered via email day of service.

Who is doing your Home Watch visit? ( specifically who, you need to know who is in your home)

Neal or Emily do  Home  Watch  service for Custom Home and Marine Watch.

How did they become trained to do Home Watch? (education does matter)

Advertising they are a member of a Home Watch Association only means they paid dues. It does not mean they have any Home Watch training! (Ask Them) 

Neal trained in 2021 and achieved the highest designation available and also completed the one on one training, hands on Home Watch training camp via a home watch trade association.

Emily is a Florida State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser RD#7026 since 2007.

How many homes do they visit per day? (doing many inspections per day is not good for you) If they say  "we knock out several inspections a day", think about that.

Thorough, Quality Home Watch Checks are not fast...expect a thorough home Watch Visit  And  report  with photos.  Those with  no Home Watch  training /expertise  tend  to  spend  less  time  at  your  home.

We limit our daily inspections to accommodate finding/addressing  issues needing our attention. You can not be in a hurry to get to the next home and do a exceptional job.  

How/when do you receive your reports? ("We only report if something is wrong") or ("no news is good news")  or  (“I  will  send  you an  email  that  i  was  there”)

We send reports via email day of visit. We archive reports. You have written/photo documentation/ date /time stamped/GPS location. 

How much do you charge?  ( homes are X-$ and a condo are X-$) See a low published Price?  You need to ask what services they provide for that low published price, do you get a report w/photos and what fees are they going to be adding. WE DO NOT CHARGE "ADD ON" FEES, those fees other companies don't tell you about until you are signing up for service or are a surprise on your first bill like  (credit cards fees, annual software fee, checklist customization fees, administration fees, fuel surcharges or a annual fee) the price we determine on our walk through is the price per Home Watch visit you are billed for. Your first bill will  have $5 per bath added for toilet brush and bowl cleaner which we provide for use in cleaning your toilets.  A thorough Home Watch visit is not quick. If a Home Watch Service can finish in 10 minutes they are cutting corners to accommodate a low price or have not been trained on  the  nuances of  Home  Watching.
