How much does Home Watch Service in Punta Gorda Cost?

We charge according to location, size of home and client expectations.

Custom Home and Marine Watch clients can opt for different Home Watch services/cost.

We can be your local contact/key holder and only access your home when called.

We can provide basic exterior only Home Watch Reporting.

We can provide basic interior/exterior Home Watch Reporting.

We can provide Home Watch reporting to include Boat, RV, Auto and Water House Plants.

We can provide full service, let us know you are departing and we will complete the extended absence pre departure check list, storm ready the exterior of the home by stowing loose items/patio furnishings, do weekly or bi weekly home watch inspections/reporting then let us know you will be returning and we will ready the home for your return.

We estimate fair and reasonable Home Watch Inspection prices after we know what services we will be providing. WE DO NOT CHARGE "ADD ON" FEES, those fees other companies don't tell you about until you are signing up for service , (credit cards fees, annual software fee, checklist customization fees, administration fees, fuel surcharges or annual fee) the price we determine on our walk through is the price per Home Watch visit you are billed for.

Your first bill will have $5 per bath added for toilet brush and bowl cleaner which we provide for use in cleaning your toilets.

Why we do Home Watch

Neal and his wife Emily live in the Old Grassy Point Sailing Community. Emily is a life long Florida resident while Neal has lived in Florida over 30 years. Prior to moving to Port Charlotte they frequently visited a family members 2nd home here in Port Charlotte as an unofficial caretaker "Home Watcher".

We have seen many of the problems second home owners experience. Couple that with our professional training and you can rest easy knowing your 2nd home is being looked after when you're away.
