We can be your local contact/key holder and only access your home when called.

We can provide interior/exterior Home Watch Reporting.

We can provide Home Watch reporting to include Boat, RV, Auto and Water House Plants.

We estimate fair and reasonable Home Watch Service prices after we know what services we will be providing. WE DO NOT CHARGE "ADD ON" FEES, those fees other companies don't tell you about until you are signing up for service , (credit cards fees, annual software fee, checklist customization fees, administration fees, fuel surcharges or annual fee) the price we determine on our walk through is the price per Home Watch visit you are billed for.

Your first bill will have $5 per bath added for toilet brush and bowl cleaner which we provide for use in cleaning your toilets.

Why we do Home Watch

Neal and his wife Emily live in the Old Grassy Point Sailing Community. Emily is a life long Florida resident while Neal has lived in Florida over 30 years. Prior to moving to Port Charlotte they frequently visited a family members 2nd home here in Port Charlotte as an unofficial caretaker "Home Watcher".

We have seen many of the problems second home owners experience. Couple that with our professional training and you can rest easy knowing your 2nd home is being looked after when you're away.
