We have been vetted by the NHWA & FLHWA. Criminal Background Check was done/passed, Liability Insurance is in place to protect our clients in the event we cause you a lose and we have been trained to do a complete and thorough Home Watch Inspection. We use state of the art inspection reporting software and most importantly we do what we are contracted to do, on time for the price agreed upon. If you authorize us to do additional work for you our prices and scope of work are clearly spelled out on our service agreement. WE DO NOT CHARGE "ADD ON" FEES, those fees other companies don't tell you about until you are signing up for service (credit card fees, annual software fee, checklist customization fees, administration fees, fuel surcharges or annual fee) the price we determine is the price per Home Watch visit you are billed for.
We bill you at the end of each month for that months services.

We offer either each week (within 7 days, 4 times per month), every other week (within 14 days, 2 times per month), tri monthly (within 10 days, 3 times per month) inspection frequencies and Key Holder service.
Always check your insurance policy to see if a claim can be denied if your home goes unchecked for a specific period of time. You want to be sure you hire a Home Watch Company to visit within your policies provisions and provides you with documentation of each visit to include date, location and photos.
Documentation will be critical if you do need to file a claim.
Do you have a pool, outdoor kitchen, sprinkler system, boat, RV, out building/shed?
We watch and report on these items also.
Most homes have a water shut off near where the water enters the home. Best practices in the Home Watch industry suggest water remain OFF when home is vacant.
We will need 2 keys to the homes access door, entry gate codes, elevator code, building door code, lock box code, location of alarm key pad, security alarm arm/disarm codes, alarm company name and safe word. Other helpful information is garage opener code, Wifi ID, name and pass code/ internet reset codes,(many security cameras work on wifi and we have many power glitches associated with our summer storms we may need codes/password to reconnect your cameras or ring door bell to wifi) mail box key, your amenity keys.
Custom Home and Marine Watch takes security of your property and information VERY seriously. We never identify a property on a access key or access code detail sheet. We always use password protected software and encrypted data storage. Our one hard copy of your access detail sheet is stored in locked storage and does not contain the identity of the property, property owner, community name or location.
